What does a "Team Development Coach" do?
We help business owners become leaders of leaders, managers become leaders of future leaders, and future leaders to not only see the vision, but help to facilitate it as well. All together, you have the abilities of a Team Development Coach.
4 Hour Consultations
In addition to our Free 1 Hour Consultations, we offer paid, 4 Hour Consultations where we survey and create a game plan for your organization's growth as it pertains to Leadership Development and/or Management Training. We can also use a 4 Hour Consultation to tackle targeted issues, or create targeted solutions. The choice is yours!
Team Development Program
In an effort to make working with a team development coaching attainable to new and small businesses, we now offer our Team Development Program. This program meets weekly in a group setting and has more than one affordable attendance options to choose from. Currently, we are meeting at Pantego Cafe in Pantego (Arlington), TX from 9:00AM - 11:00AM, every Saturday morning.
