What happens at the weekly events?
- Each meeting will begin with a delicious breakfast (included in the cost of admittance).
- After breakfast we dive into that week’s topic where we learn and discuss the challenges and hurdles faced when developing and managing a team. On occasion we will have qualified guest speakers!
- After this we will each update our team’ stats for the week and track our weekly, monthly, and annual progress towards our goals so that you can see your bottom line rising as you develop your team developing skills!
- Finally, we spend our remaining time opening up the floor for a q&a, guest speakers will be a part of this time as well if any guest speakers are present that week.
- In addition to attending weekly events, attendees will be able to purchase 1-on-1, 30-minute, coaching zoom calls for $30 per call (availability may vary).

Where and when are the Team Development Program events held?
- Currently, all meetings are on Saturday mornings from 9:00AM – 11:00AM.
- Meetings are held at the Pantego Cafe in Pantego, TX. (Pantego is located in Arlington, TX).
- Breakfast is included! A specialized menu for the event will be provided at the start of each meeting.
If attendees wish to purchase additional food or drink items from Pantego Cafe that are not on the provided event menu, they may do so at their own expense. Compass Freedom is not responsible for paying for additional items purchased.

- They will ask you if you want to register for 1 meeting for $75, or 4 consecutive meetings for $259. They will also confirm date(s) attending.
- After this, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link where you will be able to pay for attendance to the event(s).
*Payment is due in full before attending any events. If opting to register for 4 events, events will run consecutively and cannot be spaced apart. No cancellations less than 4 days prior to events. Refunds will only be issued for unattended events, 4+ days prior to event date. Refunds will be in full, minus applicable taxes and a $15 processing fee. If registered for 4 events, qualifying refunds will be given for unattended events at the rate per event given upon registration. NO refunds will be given within 4 days of an event or after event is attended.
